    Wonderful venue, best possible location close enough to the restaurant, beach, and especially Roma in Guest Relations, liked our stay. We had an amazing service, neat room with a seating area out the front and balcony, for example.

    The receptions guy at the beach side was very nice, he appologized for the misunderstanding and told us that our room is at the palm area. We went to the palm area, the reception guy was very rude and unbearable he did not know how to smile, plus he gave us a room that we should walk 2 levels of ramps to reach. As I m pregnant we did not accept to take it, so his supervisor came and gave us a much closer one, he even upgraded our room. The buffet breakfast was good just missing a variety of fruits.

    Too many levels, the problem is not in the walking distance but too many ramps, if you can have a room in the beach area or at least a low level room in the palm area it would be good.

    the location was perfect, in Naema bay.

    the room was a shock, first we were not told that our room is in the other part of the hotel on the other side of the road and we had to pay for a taxi to take us there with our luggage. second, the room i booked was with two double beds and a bathroom, the room i was given had one double bed and 2 children beds, regarding to the bathroom, it was a disaster i cannot classify it as 3 stars even. Finally, i checked out the next morning and i was told that although i am egyptian, i have to pay as a foreigner (means 400 egyptian pounds more) because i made my booking through Booked.net from UK!

    Perfect, fairly clean hotel with very amiable and attentive personnel with five stars service. Breakfast for all tastes. Convenient and top location in calm area, very close to the amazing boulevard, the comfortable clean venue's restaurant providing variable menus between Egyptian and international tastes and novotel sharm thanks alot guest relations. Besides, very convenient to Diving World.
